Upgrade your Office software, OpenOffice.org 3 released today

Use OpenOffice.org The latest version of OpenOffice.org is now available. Due to it’s popularity the website has been struggling with the incredible demand for this latest version. They have temporarily changed to a leaner website, but downloads of the software work fine.

OpenOffice.org is a great replacement for Microsoft Office and it’s much much cheaper. In fact it’s completely free. You can download it, use it, distribute it and even change it without having to pay anything.

The suite also includes a drawing application and a database, sometimes only offered on other high-end office suites or by paying extra.

Give it a try and see if it can save you paying much more for other software.

The final version is available for the major operating systems: Linux, Windows and Mac.
