Web Design for Accessibility

Web Accessibility is about making webpages available to all regardless of disability. It maybe that members with poor eyesight may need to increase the size of your text, or that your visitor may need to use a screen reader to convert the webpage into spoken language.

By taking this into consideration when designing your website then a few simple changes could make it far easier for visitors to view your website.

In the UK the Disability Discrimination Act now in force means that no website should be unreasonably difficult for a disabled person to use.
